Full Job Description

Acquire New Business for both Air and Sea.
Facilitate processing of credit application
Implementation (New and existing client)
Client Servicing
Record client information
Report on Sales Activities
Cost freight movements and prepare service estimates
Comply with the requirements of the quality management system

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge & Experience



5 years working experience as a sales representative in a service industry of which at least last 3 consecutive years were in the clearing and forwarding industry
Servicing & marketing principles & practice. International Trade principles & practice
External business environment. Company service charge rates
Tariff calculation concepts
Company terms of payment
CRM. Computer literacy(MS Office Package)
Carrier & depot conditions of trade
National currencies and international codes. INCO Terms
Verbal communication – advanced
Business opportunism. Presentation & Negotiation
Client/service orientation. Situation analysis & problem solving
Judgment & decision making. Creative & innovative thinking
Interpersonal sensitivity
