Assist lead operators in daily document management and coordination tasks
Prepare vehicle tracking reports, Road Manifests, Stock Reports, and customs clearance documents
Support the preparation and submission of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading
Conduct basic invoice verification for accuracy in transactions

Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
1-2 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shipment documentation
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software
