Ensure PO is created on Syspro
Clearing instructions are sent to Clearing Agent and saved digitally
Track & Trace of delivery documents
Notify Warehouse and Management regarding deliveries
Update OS Schedule sheet, which needs to be sent out weekly
Update Shipping Register for all shipment received
Update Shipments Received register for finance
Update Forex Schedule once goods have been received
Fill in LOA when required
Checking Vat invoices for Oshoek Payments
Capturing of Oshoek Payments on Syspro
Processing purchase orders with suppliers in a timely and accurate manner
Updating supplier and sales contracts as required
Maintaining and updating the master inventory file
Importing branch sales orders into the system
Creating new stock codes and ensuring proper allocation of barcodes
Maintaining branch purchase orders and ensuring accuracy
Assisting with the weekly sales back-order report
Notifying the warehouse and management regarding incoming deliveries
Updating the OS Schedule sheet and distributing it weekly
Maintaining the Shipping Register for all received shipments

Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
Tertiary Qualification preferred (Supply Chain)
Minimum 2-4 years in a commercial shipping environment
Preferred experience: Syspro
