Handling full cycle sea freight import forwarding operations

Coordinating bookings, documentation, invoicing, and relevant documentation

Managing relationships with shipping lines, agents and service providers

Proactively resolving issues and providing timely updates to clients

Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and internal SOPs

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sea freight forwarding

Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
