Oversee and coordinate multi-modal shipments (air, sea, and road) from booking through to final delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and agents to ensure seamless cargo movement and timely issue resolution.
Adhere to internal procedures to maintain compliance, optimize operations, and uphold high service standards.
Maintain clear, professional communication with both customers and internal teams.
Possess a working knowledge of file management, including cost recognition, revenue tracking, and profit monitoring.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by proposing and supporting initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Share expertise with colleagues and provide assistance to foster team success.
Track and update shipment milestones, keeping clients informed throughout the entire logistics process.

Matric or senior certificate equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years experience in oceanfreight imports & exports (additional experience in air & road preferred)
Clearing & Forwarding Agency Experience only
Cargowise experience preferred
