Develop, implement, and monitor processes and procedures within the assigned area
Lead, manage, and develop the team, including skills assessment, training, onboarding, and performance management
Ensure effective workload planning, task prioritization, and fair work distribution
Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards (QHSE, HR, Finance, Legal)
Oversee data integrity and invoicing accuracy, resolving disbursement discrepancies as needed
Support complex quotations, pricing solutions, and yield improvement initiatives
Monitor and forecast team performance (GM, turnover, invoice performance) and report to management
Coordinate information and documentation flow between clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Manage client relationships, including weekly meetings and service excellence to drive additional business
Provide support in case of disputes or litigation and complete ad hoc tasks as required

Matric
5 years’ experience in freight forwarding and clearing with 2 years’ Supervisor experience
Multimodal experience required (Air, Sea, Road)
Experience in complex multimodal estimates
Experience in meeting organization and reporting with customers
