Coordinate shipment-related queries and payment discrepancies with Operations and Finance
Verify shipment data, invoices, weights, and measurements for accuracy and compliance
Maintain accurate records electronically
Support Express team with daily administrative and shipment processing tasks
Manage procurement, inventory, and records for office supplies, uniforms, and PPE
Oversee printer usage and paper efficiency
Assist Finance with invoice management and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Security, and company procedures
- Minimum Requirements
-
Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
Experience in procurement tasks (ordering supplies, PPE)
Computer literate with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of TMS, DHL, Forex systems advantageous
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven, independent, and team-oriented
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Good command of business English language
