Capture and update pre-advised truck data in the WIRE system and maintain accurate ETA schedules.
Monitor and report system discrepancies, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and manage the Document Amendment Schedule and communicate amendments effectively.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports (LSP Master Report, Loading Summary, Document Time Analysis).
Conduct export document aging reviews and escalate delays when required.
Provide weekend operational support, including WIRE updates, amendments, and query resolution.
Maintain organized ShareDrive records for reports, templates, and documents.
Respond to and resolve queries via email, WeChat, and WhatsApp within agreed timelines.
Complete ad-hoc tasks and maintain a professional, solution-focused work approach.

Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
Preferred experience: road loadings
Must be strong on Excel
