Validate and reconcile warehouse stock data (lot numbers, bag numbers, piece counts) and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Monitor and ensure timely submission of GRN, GDN, and packing lists, updating stock records accordingly.
Track cargo storage time and escalate delays to ensure timely dispatch.
Prepare and distribute consolidated stock reports, including weekly stock reviews and monthly summary reports.
Conduct stock verification, audits, and aging analysis to ensure stock accuracy across all warehouses.
Maintain organized ShareDrive records for reports, templates, and documentation.
Respond to and resolve queries via email, WhatsApp, and WeChat within agreed timelines.
Complete ad-hoc tasks while maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and effective communication.

Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
Strong Excel experience essential
Minimum 3-5 years experience
