Key Focus Areas:

Join a customer-focused freight forwarding team where service excellence and commercial success go hand in hand. This hands-on role is responsible for managing Import and Export Ocean Freight shipments, preparing competitive quotations, converting opportunities into bookings, and supporting profitable business growth. Working closely with Sales and Customer Service teams, you will play a key role in onboarding new clients, strengthening customer relationships, and maximising retention through exceptional service and effective negotiation.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric or senior certificate equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in oceanfreight imports & exports including estimates
• Clearing & Forwarding Agency or Consolidations Experience only
• Valid Driver's licence and own transport essential (not negotiable)
