Key Focus Areas:
• Plan and coordinate containerized shipments in line with sales forecasts and stock availability.
• Arrange bookings and issue shipping instructions to warehouses and service providers.
• Monitor warehouse packing, loading, and shipment progress.
• Prepare, amend, and release Bills of Lading and related export documentation.
• Control storage costs by ensuring timely cargo movement.
• Compile weekly shipment and departure reports.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation on company systems.
• Resolve logistics queries and liaise with warehouses, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
• Tertiary Qualification preferred (Logistics / Supply Chain Management / International Trade & Transport)
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Clearing & Forwarding agency environment
• Strong Excel experience
