Job Function:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate freight estimates and quotations for air & sea
- Convert quotations into confirmed bookings through proactive customer engagement.
- Coordinate shipments from origin to final delivery.
- Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, transporters, and clients.
- Monitor shipment milestones and provide timely status updates.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Meet customer service expectations and internal KPIs.
- Ensure all files are processed according to company procedures and deadlines.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in freight forwarding/clearing.
- Proven experience in preparing freight estimates
- Good understanding of international freight (air, sea)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and freight documentation.
- Computer literate with experience using freight forwarding systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
