Key Focus Areas:
• Managing the A–Z process of Sea Freight Import and Export shipments
• Handling Sea Freight Imports and Exports
• Preparing and processing customs entries
• Coordinating shipment bookings
• Managing and checking all required shipping documentation
• Providing regular shipment status reports and updates
• Coordinating with transporters and arranging deliveries
• Preparing quotations
• Processing and managing invoicing
• Liaising professionally with clients
• Liaising with suppliers, overseas agents and service providers
• Ensuring shipments are handled efficiently and deadlines are met
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the shipment process

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
• Good administrative skills
• Good people skills
• Basic problem solving skills
• Be a Team player
• General knowledge of seafreight operational procedures
• Own transport
• Candidate must be stable and teachable. Even though they may have experience they will need to apply their knowledge into our policies and procedures.
