Full Job Description

Manage import and export shipments across Sea Freight operations.
Coordinate shipments from booking through to final delivery.
Arrange bookings with shipping lines, transporters, warehouses, and other service providers.
Liaise with customers, overseas agents, carriers, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all shipping documentation and customs requirements are completed accurately and timeously.
Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive updates to customers.
Resolve operational challenges, delays, and exceptions efficiently.
Ensure adherence to company procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Manage invoicing, file profitability, and operational cost controls.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in a freight forwarding and logistics environment
Sea Freight Imports & Exports experience
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Transport Management, or a related field
Experience working on freight forwarding operating systems
Strong communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple shipments, priorities, and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
Sound understanding of Incoterms
Sound understanding of Freight forwarding processes
Sound understanding of Customs compliance
