Key Focus Areas:
• Monitor and verify shipment tracking data, including lot numbers, bag numbers, dates and truck status.
• Identify, report and follow up on tracking discrepancies until resolved.
• Monitor offloading delays and escalate cargo delayed beyond agreed timelines.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly tracking, stock, delay and transit-time reports.
• Reconcile tracking data against warehouse stock to ensure accurate cargo accountability.
• Monitor shipments in transit and escalate delays, breakdowns, accidents and other operational issues.
• Provide regular tracking updates to buyers, warehouses, LSPs and management.
• Maintain accurate electronic records, reports and documentation on the Share Drive.
• Respond to queries promptly and follow through to resolution.
• Complete ad hoc tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional communication, confidentiality and compliance with company procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
• Strong Excel experience and knowledge
• Power BI experience
